Fine Art by Laura

I've been a fine art painter for the last 15 years. Usually, I only paint about two pieces per year - work and home life take up a lot of time and energy and my weekends are often busy "catching up" (laundry, cleaning, etc.) But on occasion, when I can I dive deeply into wet paint. I love the smell, and I get pretty messy - but it's always worth it!

Here's some of the best pieces of my work:

Synergy
An acrylic on canvas, this has been my most popular work.
It has granted me a few interviews on international blogs,
sold many prints and is often a favorite among many friends and family.

Fire and Ice
Acrylic on canvas. Sometimes playing with paint with no particular place
to go - no subject in mind - is a great way to explore form and color.

Wild Sun
An acrylic and oil canvas. Love Van Gogh?
This was one of those pieces that just seemed to come
together magically. I would love to catch lightning in a bottle.
AND - the photograph never did this piece justice.

Fade Into Light
An oil on canvas. A city scene, abstract, lots of color.
